2017 Cabernet Sauvignon

This smooth and complex Cabernet Sauvignon will not disappoint. Slightly bolder than our 2020 version, it has tastes of dark fruit flavors like black currant and black cherry, with notes of cedar.  Dark fruit notes up front are complemented by a long textured finish of peppery notes wrapped in vanilla.  The light tannins from the oak barrels impart depth and complexity, highlighting the exceptional balance of flavors and textures.
