A Virginia grape staple, our dry Chambourcin wine is lightly spicy, with black cherry and plum flavors, and a range of herbal characters. Our Chambourcin is low tannins and has a hint of cherry on the finish, but no residual sugar, so it is not sweet, but a smooth, medium-bodied dry red wine. Local Wolfeboro artist, Sandy Martin's original artwork is featured on this bottle.
Food Pairing: Beautifully paired with pasta, hamburgers, steak, or gamey meat like veal or venison.
