This full to medium-bodied, red blend of Petit Verdot, Norton, and Chambourcin grapes is a smooth and easy drinking wine. With bright aromas of black fruits and strong notes of cherries and berries, with just a hint of earthiness this wine is extremely versatile.  The finish is dry, but pleasant and has proven to be a Front Four favorite. 

Food Pairing:  Pork, burgers, and pasta.
